All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, will all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that the right of withdrawal can not be exercised in the case of goods delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. This applies, among others, to: nail files, cotton pads, polishing blocks, cuticle sticks, nail forms, stripers, towels, sold in our online store.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and as well as a note stating if you are wishing to receive a replacement or a refund. Please note that we can only accept unused and unopen items.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If goods are returned to us in a damaged condition, no refund or exchange will be processed. You should contact your shipping company to raise a claim for any damages.
