RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that the right of withdrawal can not be exercised in the case of goods delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. This applies, among others, to: nail files, cotton pads, polishing blocks, cuticle sticks, nail forms, stripers, towels, sold in our online store.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send it back to the address below:

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and as well as a note stating if you wishing to receive a replacement or a refund. Please note that we can only accept unused and unopened items.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the contact details below to arrange a replacement.
If goods are returned to us in a damaged condition, no refund or exchange will be processed. You should contact your shipping company to raise a claim for any damages.
