2. Overall TERMS
2.1 Semilac UK sells cosmetics to individual orders by internet only.
2.2 Condition to accept an order by us is to accept all terms and conditions
2.3 Orders can be made 24 hours / 7 days a week except during technical breaks
2.4 Prices which are visible on the www.semilac.co.uk website are VAT included prices. Shipping prices are not included in above prices
2.5 Promotions in our shop can ONLY be used separately.
3. Order TERMS
3.1 Orders can be made by filling out the order form on the website www.semilac.co.uk
3.2 To accept orders, we require personal details such us: names, address, phone number, email address
3.3 You are responsible of providing us with accurate and correct personal details
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of :
- Inaccurate and incomplete order forms- Incomplete personal postage details
- Not receiving payment within 5 working days
- If we do not have a particular product in stock

5. Shipping TERMS
5.1 All our orders will be sent by Royal Mail or UK Mail and we will use their services, we offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs :
Royal Mail 1st class (normally takes 1-2 working days)
Royal Mail 2nd class (normally takes 2-4 working days)
5.2 We offer FREE UK SHIPPING FOR all orders above £45
5.3 Normally we send all orders the same day ( If order was placed before 2pm UK time) on a working day EXCEPT SATURDAYS (all orders will be sent until 11am). If an order is placed after that time, it will be sent the next working day
5.4 One order could be sent in separate packages, as Royal Mail have limited size parcels
6. Complaints / Returns / Cancellations
6.1 Complaints are under Consumer Rights Law and you have 14 calendar days to cancel and return goods for any reason, in order to receive a full refund
6.2 To accept RETURN of goods by us – You need to fill out a RETURN FORM. Please note - we only accept unused and unopened items.
6.3 In case of returning goods we ONLY REFUND THE COST OF GOODS – POSTAGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
6.4 You are always responsible for the cost of return shipping, goods should be securely wrapped and packed to make sure there won’t be any damages.
6.5 We won’t refund any money if goods are returned AFTER 14 Calendar days
6.6 If goods are delivered to us damaged, then we won’t offer a refund and do not take any responsibility. You should contact your shipping company to claim for any damages
6.7 When goods are returned, you are responsible for providing a tracking number/ barcode number/ notification number that goods are delivered to us. Otherwise we won’t refund any money until we receive items in good condition
6.8 If goods are returned and delivered to us we have the right to refund money up to 5 working days
