PRIMER freezes at low temperatures (below 10 degrees Celsius). In winter, after unpacking the package, you cannot open the PRIMER. It should be left for an hour at room temperature until it returns to a completely fluid consistency. Only after changing to a liquid form, you can start applying the product to the nail. USE
